(More customer reviews)I was very skeptical regarding the efficacy of this product but am delighted to report my skepticism was misplaced. All I can say is - WOW.
Nature's Miracle, Simple Solution - all of those products that come in big. heavy gallon jugs, cost a fortune (especially when you consider what you're cleaning up - doesn't it just bug the daylights out of you to spend upwards of $20 - $30 a gallon just to clean up urine?), and take up much-needed storage space - are replaced by this one product that weighs ounces. Twelve two-packs, enough for 6 gallons of product, take up less space than a single gallon jug.
We have hard surfaces and five animals, three cats and one dog. One dog is 16yrs old and a little senile; another a puppy. Between the two of them alone there's plenty of cleanup to do.
To use, fill the empty container (included with Fizzion Concentrated Cleaner (32 oz)) or another sturdy 32oz spray bottle with warm water. The tablets dissolve faster in warm water. Once they've dissolved, it's ready for use.
This product has cleaned up vomit, feces, blood and urine. It cleans the messes and doesn't leave any scent behind, with the exception of light `fresh linen' scent.
I've started using it when changing the cat litter, spraying both the Forever Tray and the Scoop Free Litter Box. Previously we used Clorox wipes, then Urine-Off wipes, but those have been replaced by a less expensive - and for my money, more efficient - solution.
Cat urine is the most difficult smell to get rid of. Yet after only a few sprays of Fizzion, the litter box - from the Forever Tray to the Scoop Free unit and it's hood - smells fresh-out-of-the-box new.
So this product:

-Won't break your back
-Won't irritate your olfactory senses with an overpowering smell
-WILL clean up bood, urine, feces, and vomit more effectively and with less expense than any other

Nature's Miracle Advanced Stain and Odor Formula 128oz (Gallon) Review

(More customer reviews)I recently moved into a house that had quite a bit of cat urine soaked into the flooring. I needed something to remove the odor. I've used the normal natures miracle for years and it works well, but the odor issue in this rental house is out of control. Old old old cat urine areas that had been repeatedly marked. Nature's miracle works well, and it works best if allowed to remain wet for a long time (at least a day or two, and preferably up to a week or two). It still works if you leave it on for a shorter time, but may not work quite as well.
As best I can tell, the advanced formula is basically the same thing as the normal formula, but with the addition of a perfume and odor counteractives that begin working the moment you apply (rather than having to wait two weeks for odor removal). I will say this, contrary to what another reviewer has said, the perfume they add in the advanced formula BLOCKS the urine odor completely, instantly, at least it did for me. There are a class of pro-grade cleaning products called "odor modifiers" which bind to the odor molecules and render them unable to be picked up by your nose. You DO smell the perfume, but you don't smell the urine. I believe the Natures Miracle Advanced formula contains the same kinds of odor modifiers that some of the pro-grade products use. The perfume is a sort of chemical cherry smell. The perfume isn't something I'd want to smell all the time, however, when faced with whiffing strong cat urine vs the perfume, I'd definitely choose the perfume. The odor fades as the product dries and within a week or two, its gone and all of the urine odor should be eliminated. If the odor wasn't eliminated, then the product either didn't reach all contaminated areas, or didn't stay wet long enough.
For most accidents you catch right away, before it has a chance to really dry out and start stinking, I would use the normal Natures Miracle product. But for dried urine spots you start smelling and don't find for days or weeks, or for fecal accidents that really stink immediately, and you'd rather have the offensive odor gone instantly while you smell a perfume for a little while, I suggest the advanced forumula.

Cat urine - it not only takes out the surface stain and odor but neutralizes the odor so that the cat doesn't continue to go back to the spot. It works great on blood, urine, hairballs and vomit. It does not work on dirt...but then thats not what I needed it for. With multiple cats and a dog I buy this product by the case. It was recommended by my vet (though much more cost effective to buy on line!) Far superior to anything that you can buy on a pet store.

Then ... one of the cats started urinating in the front room ... and the smell was awful! I tried at least 6 or 7 cleaners/remedies and nothing worked. The smell always came back.
That is ... until I used OdoBan! One application and the smell is gone - never to have returned. I am impressed beyond words!!

(More customer reviews)We had problem with cat urine in a home we purchased. We removed the baseboards to reveal the marked areas. We treated the areas, according to directions three different times. It only worked in a few places were there was only light cat odor. It did not help with the more saturated areas where the cat had marked. We treated by spraying the walls, base boards and carpet. We even injected the product into the carpet....three different occasions. It has been a month now and we can still smell the cat urine. Looks like we will have to invest in more expensive repairs. I would not recomend this product for purpose of getting rid of cat urine odor.
