Just fill up the removable container with water and go, no waiting as the last 2 mops did. The point on the mop helps it get into the corners. I use the steam because I have 4 animals and the steamboy cleaner leaves my floor sanitized without using chemicals.

The only down side is that it leaves the floors somewhat wet after steaming. I just throw a heavy towel on the floor and move it around with my foot to soak up the excess water. I would recommend these products to anyone.

(More customer reviews)Obviously, I bought this for my steam cleaner, so I would have a set to use and a set to wash. The directions clearly state that this product is NOT to be dried in the drier or it will lose it's micro-fiber(dirt adhering) properties. Unfortunately this is not printed on the product itself, only on the papers that came with it. My daughter, home from college, found these at the bottom of the washer and helpfully threw them in the drier with her fresh laundry. I wish I had used a laundry marker to write "do not dry" on them before I used them. There is also a notation about not using dry detergent to wash them. Be careful if you buy these!

(More customer reviews)I purchased this steamer and used it for about 2 weeks and then it leaked huge puddles of water all over my hard wood floors. I called the company and they told me to return it for repair. I did and they kept it for a month before returning it to me. I used it for another week and the same thing happened. I returned it and they kept it for another 2 months before returning it to me. Once again it leaked. I asked them to please replace it with a new one. They sent a new one a month later, and it leaked just like the first. I asked for my money back and they refused because it was over the three month period. I paid over $700.00 for it and it was like throwing money away. I feel like they stole my money. I recommend that you stay clear from this company! Shame on them!

(More customer reviews)I hate to burst everyone's bubble. I've used this product with my Spotbot, because it came with it. I've used it in my Hoover Steamvac. I've used both the Spotbot and Steamvac without it. I have two kids and a dog that pees everywhere and I see no difference.
Spotbot is an excellent spot cleaner and it works perfectly well without OxyGen. I get all sorts of spots out with it and no need for OxyGen. Perhaps that's why everyone is getting such marvelous results. It's the Spotbot with regular detergent, not the OxyGen.
One big drawback to using OxyGen is the Spotbot manual instructs us to discard the unused solution if it contains OxyGen, meaning I can't leave it in my Spotbot. I don't have to do that with plain regular detergent. Since I must mix the OxyGen with water and detergent, I have to discard the detergent and OxyGen, which feels like a waste.
Personally, I don't think this product does any harm. It just doesn't do much good. Spend the extra money elsewhere.

Bissell Smart Details Microfiber Lightweight Mop, 18Y7A Review

(More customer reviews)I've had this mop for a couple weeks and liked it very much -- for a while. The first thing I noticed was that there was no instruction sheet with it, and with all the movable parts, it needs one badly, unless you're an engineer. I have it pretty well figured out now, but have gone about it gingerly, for fear of breaking something.
The mop cover peels off - I figured out that much. It reminds me of Velcro; works well. I have yet to figure out, however, if there's a good way to squeeze excess water out of it. The mop handle does push down and pushes the two halves of the mop head together to squeeze out a certain amount, but not enough. I suspect I should be lightly spraying the mop head instead of holding it under running water and trying to squeeze out the excess. It doesn't work. You end up with too much water in it, and it leaves too much on the floor as you mop. There is no good way to get the excess water out unless you run it through a wringer, and who's going to do that? (Who even HAS a wringer?) Next time, I am going to lightly dampen the mop; that may be the secret.
I contacted Bissell twice through their website with my questions and concerns. A nice man named Hal responded both times. The first time he referred me to a web page I had already seen, which was mostly pictures, but no instructions or guidelines. The second time he agreed that it needed an instruction sheet and was referring the idea to the appropriate department. We shall see. Meantime, I will keep trying to uncover its secrets. The mop is sturdy; well built, well designed. Stores neatly and compactly. Without guidelines, I have to go it alone and hope I get the hang of it.

Euroflex SC60 Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this from Sam's online for 89.00 I believe. It was shipped in a beat up cardboard box (not new in box). When I opened the tank, I noticed it had water in it (once again, used/refurbished). I called Sam's and they are returning it, as it was sold to me "new".
Anyway, with all that said, I found it to be a good steamer for the cost. It only took 5 min to heat up, and the pressure was great (at first)! It blasted away all the dust on my baseboards (they look like new), and steamed my hardwood floors and tile great, without any mop up at all! The detail nozzle got my grout really clean!!! However, that did require lots of mop up!
Pros: Easy to use, lightweight, low noise on motor, hot water, great pressure at first.
Cons: Not many tools (need one a bit bigger than detail nozzle), short cord (use extension), Pressure seems to lack after repeated use (this is very noticeable). Made in UK (parts are only available overseas)
Now, I don't know how much of the lack of pressure resulted in the fact that I apparently bought a used version.
I think I am going to try another steamer solely based on the availablity of parts. I may get stuck with it if it breaks after a period of time and I am not going to pay overseas shipping!

Due to a knee problem I have difficulty in getting my kitchen floor absolutely clean using the typical spray-and-wipe tools such as the Chlorox Ready-Mop (which I had been using). Those work fine on a smooth surface but can't really get into any lower spots (like grout lines or lower areas in a textured-surface tile) very well. I'd often wished for something like the Black & Decker ScumBuster tool but with a long handle so that it could be used standing up. Well, this new product is exactly that, with the bonus of the onboard liquid dispenser and "mop-up" cloth right there as well. The bottle dispenser attaches instantly with a push-and-click, which is far easier than the setup on the Chlorox ReadyMop. The ability to use any cleanser (or even just hot water if that's your preference) and any mopping pad is yet another plus. My only question is why it took so long for any manufacturer to come up with a cleaning tool like this?!

(More customer reviews)These mop cloths are great as is the Lotus mop and water ionizer. These mop heads can also double as foot mops. My kids and I love mopping with the mop (and it's great with the ionized water because it really cleans and because it's chemical free - I don't have to worry about my kids getting it on them!) But the best part about these mop heads is that my kids and I put them on our feet (I am a women's size ten and my daughter is a kid's size 11 - they fit her like flip flops) and we can go all over the house wiping things up with our feet. Strange use, maybe. Excellent product, yes.
I saw in another review someone mentioned about the microfiber cloths leaving lint and I had never experienced this with the cloths or the mop heads. It is important to note that microfiber cloths should be laundered and dried separate from anything else, because the pickup power of the microfiber will pick up lint from other items you are washing if combined.

WhiteWing Steamer - Vapor Steam Cleaner Review

I got out the bleach and went to town -- no effect on these old tile counters. When I tried this vapour cleaner, I felt like I was making my own infommercial the results were so dramatic. Some workmen left marks on the vinyl floor last year that I couldn't even identify, let alone get up; adhesive was my best guess. The WhiteWing got them up like they were just pencil marks. I couldn't stop cleaning til the tank ran out (and house work isn't my strong suit!). Highly recommended! (Note: this is my first steam cleaner, so can't compare to other brands).

(More customer reviews)I purchased these for a Steamboy steam mop to replace the standard microfiber pads that come with it. These are much sturdier, holding up better than the original pads that tend to pull apart at the seams. I also think that the longer fibers clean better getting into grout and corners far better than the standard ones. My primary complaint is that both versions have a poor fastening system and tend to pull off the steam mop while using it. It would be nice if the manufacturer would design a better closure system that would hold onto the head of the mop. I would have given this a four star review if the design was better. Unfortunately, I have not found any other steam mop pads that fit better so there is not much choice.

After the 1 year warranty expired ( basically to the day) the handle broke. Called Euroflex customer service, ha - service not !, to bad i was told. So after i already invested $$$ on the darn steamer, i shelled out another $30 for a new handle. AND was promised how much better the NEW handle on EZ2 was, lie, lie, lie. 3 months after using new handle, new improved handle snaps, called customer NOT service again, will replace handle BUT no warranty, will not stand behind product and basically told me to buy a new one next time. Sure, i'll shell out another $120+, $$ for pads and customer service that does not stand behind their product ! Euroflex must thk US consumers are morons!
