(More customer reviews)I was pleased with this steamer at first. It seemed to take the wrinkles out of my clothes fairly easily. However, after about 5 uses, one of the internal screws broke, resulting in a rattling sound. This wouldn't have been all that bad, except that with another two uses, all the screws that held the plastic casing in place had broken and the internal reservoir was moving around within the casing, making it impossible to fasten the top. The unit became hazardous to use as all the internal wiring and heating elements were exposed and I had to throw it away. Additionally, the steamer's heating element and interior produce quite a lot of calcification and looks pretty gross after a few uses.
Would NEVER recommend!
