(More customer reviews)The product wasn't exactly as I hoped. I've owned a Rainbow for over twenty years... but instead of replacing worn part, I considered buying a refurbished one on line. I didn't realize it was only to be used on hardwood floors! Who buys a vacum if you don't have carpet? So I was disappointed to find it was only for hardwood floors as my home is entirely carpeted. It also has a srange sound when turned off. I love a Rainbow not only because of it's supreme cleaning power (alot of vacums do this) but none leave the home smelling so fresh. It truly cleans and sanitizes the air as well..... the main reason i love the Rainbow. It also came with a tiny bowl.... my previous Rainbow had a much larger bowl. So for a few reasons I'm not entirely happy with my purchase. I would like to know if the seller would make a motorized foot for carpet available at a reasonable price.
