(More customer reviews)I purchased the Bionaire model 8002 from the Penney's catalog. The first one had to be returned/replaced by Penney's because the mechanism releasing the hand vac was damaged.
The replacement never has had any power. Even fully charged it runs sluggishly for less than 10 minutes.
I've had it too long to expect a Penney's refund or replacement. Would like to contact the manufacturer to see if we can reach a beneficial resolution.
I think I have a dud!
