(More customer reviews)I"ve had this steamer less than one month when it began to malfunction. As soon as I take it off of the hook, it shuts off. This was the most money that I have ever paid for a clothes steamer. it is still under its 6-month warranty but I will have to travel 35 miles to a repair shop.While it is being repaired I will have to resort to an iron or other sources. I'm quite disappointed in this product.
