(More customer reviews)I bought this steam cleaner about a month ago. Initial impression was that it did a fair job, less hassle than a mop and bucket. On the 4th use it started to trip the ground fault interrupters in the electrical outlets. On the 5th use the handle fell apart sending hot steam over my hands and exposing electrical wires.
Review of the warranty states to send the product back in the original packaging with the receipt and it may be replaced if they find it defective. What a joke. I would not want another dangerous device. I just want my money back.
DON'T BUY THIS DEVICE.
