(More customer reviews)Bought this vac for my vacation condo and it works great. I have 1/2 hardwood and 1/2 low pile carpet. It actually picks up dirt really well and it's very lightweight. I vacuumed the hardwoods and the carpet; haven't tried the handheld yet. It's simple to charge and to empty. My recent guests were impressed; I vacuumed while my company was still there! So far, I'm very satisfied and would recommend this product.
