(More customer reviews)The steam leaves sludge on your floors. The waffle covers do not pick up anything and you have to wipe up behind with another towel. I have found it works better to use a terry cloth hand towel. If I had to do it over again, I would have bought the model that has a floor attachment as well as smaller ones for all jobs.
